    Cargo confirmation

    Record the product name, material, use, value, carton count, dimensions and weight for each shipment.

    Collection in China

    Handover from factory or warehouse

    Confirm the collection address, packing format and handover date, then align export-side arrangements.

    International transport

    Sea or air transport to Japan

    Select the transport mode and checkpoints according to volume, timing and cargo characteristics.

    Import into Japan

    Arrival notice, declaration and release

    After arrival, goods enter a bonded area for import declaration using the required documents, followed by review or inspection, tax payment and import permission.

  5. 05
    Domestic handover

    Delivery to the nominated address or warehouse

    After import permission, goods are collected and delivered to the nominated address or connected to Ryuso Shoji's warehouse operations.

Additional documents may be required depending on the cargo and declaration conditions.
Cargo requiring confirmation before quotation

Batteries, liquids, powders, food, cosmetics, magnetic items, dangerous goods, temperature-controlled products and IP-sensitive goods are not treated automatically as general cargo. Specifications or ingredient data are checked before selecting an available route.

Once the mini-program is ready, quotation requests and case progress will move to the dedicated interface.
